Q: What’s the difference between monthly and paid-in-full options?

Both include the exact same coaching, support, and features. The paid-in-full option gives you a discounted rate for committing upfront. Monthly plans allow for smaller, recurring payments across your program length.

Q: What’s included in the program?

Every plan includes private 1-on-1 training sessions (2x or 3x/week), custom corrective exercise programming, posture & movement assessments, breathwork, habit coaching, mobility training, and holistic check-ins to support your sleep, stress, and lifestyle.

Q: Do I need to be fit before starting?

Not at all. This program is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re a complete beginner or getting back into movement, we’ll tailor everything to your needs, goals, and limitations.

Q: Can I cancel or pause my monthly plan?

Monthly plans require a commitment for the full 6 or 12-month duration. That’s because the program is built around progression and lasting change. However, if you need to reschedule sessions or pause temporarily for travel or life events, we’ll work together to adjust.

Q: What if I have pain or an injury?

That’s exactly who this is for. I specialize in helping women and busy professionals train around injuries, improve posture, and eliminate pain through functional, corrective, and holistic methods.

Q: Is this virtual or in-person?

It’s a hybrid program. All personal training sessions are delivered in person in New York City. Coaching support — including lifestyle, nutrition, mobility, and habit coaching — is provided virtually through weekly check-ins. If you live outside of NYC or need to travel, your training can also shift to a fully virtual format to keep you consistent and supported from anywhere.

Q: What’s your refund policy?

Due to the custom nature of the programming, all sales are final. That said, I’m here to help you get results — if you’re committed and show up, I’ll meet you with everything I’ve got.
